QUESTIONS ABOUT APPOINTMENT

How do I see when my appointment is for?

From the Home Screen, you will see a blue box at the top that says, “Your procedures is scheduled for [date.]” Click on this box and you can see Appointment Info with more details about your appointment, including the cleansing medicine and location where you will have your colonoscopy performed.

How do I contact my doctor?

Go to For Patient > Appointment Info and you can contact the location where you will have your colonoscopy performed.

 

How do I see my colonoscopy medicine information?

You can go to For Patient> Appointment Info and see the name of your colonoscopy medicine under Regimen. 

For detailed information about how to cleanse with your specific medicine, go to Checklist and any item with the [pill icon] can be expanded.

 

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Go to For Patient > Appointment Info and you can contact the location where you will have your colonoscopy performed.

Should I change my diet before the colonoscopy?

Yes, refer to the Checklist that will provide you with guidelines on when to start your Low Fiber and Clear Liquid Diet.

 

The location of my colonoscopy is different than what I was told. How do I change that?

Go to For Patient > Appointment Info and you can contact the location where you will have your colonoscopy performed.

 

QUESTIONS ABOUT USING APP FUNCTIONS

What do I do first once I open the app?

Enable notifications, change language, the role of the calendar, the checklist (milestone actions, notifications, acknowledgement), documents and videos in For Patient, AI Diet Chatbot

When you first login, the calendar in your home screen will show the date where you have your first activity to prepare for the colonoscopy.

 

How do I change my language?

Go to Settings > Language and choose the language you prefer. The current language will always be highlighted in green.

 

How do I see the previous or following month?

Next to the Month will be a back (<) and forward (>) arrow. You can press these buttons to navigate to your preferred month.

 

How do I use the calendar?

These are the Checklist milestones for that specific date, which requires you to respond. Some dates have one dot, which means there is only one milestone for that day, and some might have more dots, meaning there are multiple milestones. You can click on the milestone on the bottom and it will take you to more information and detail about the milestones for that day.

What are the dots below the dates?

Why is one of the days colored?

The colored day is the current day.

 

How do I change or control audio?

On the top right side of the app Home Screen, make sure the speaker is on. You can press this button to enable and disable the app sounds.

 

How do I turn off audio?

On the top right side of the app Home Screen, make sure the speaker is on. You can press this button to enable and disable the app sounds.

For iOS: If the sound still doesn’t come through, check the Vibrate button on the side of your phone and make sure it’s enabled.

For Android: Check the sound setting of your phone. The Media sound should be disabled.

 

Why can’t I hear audio?

On the top right side of the app Home Screen, make sure the speaker is on. You can press this button to enable and disable the app sounds.

Go to Settings > Test Audio and Reminders. Push the Test Audio button and see if you can hear the test sound.

For iOS: If the sound still doesn’t come through, check the Vibrate button on the side of your phone and make sure it’s disabled. 

For Android: Check the sound setting of your phone. The Media sound should be enabled.

 

How do I change my password?

How do I reset my password?

Go to Settings > Profile and you will see a green button to Reset Password.

 

How do I confirm Checklist item?

Expand on the Checklist item and on the left side click on the button that says Overdue. A pop up will appear where you can push the Accept button. That link will only be available when that Checklist item is scheduled. Once you mark that activity as completed, you cannot undo it.

Once you acknowledge the Checklist item, it will change to a green dot and will say Completed. 

 

Under Checklist, what do the red dots mean?

If it’s a future event, there will be no dots next to the Checklist item.

If there is a red dot next to the item, then it is Overdue and you should complete the activity.

If there is a green dot next to the item, then that activity has been marked as Completed.

 

How do I know if I will receive notifications?

(Send user an email 3 days before the first Checklist item and tell user to open app and check notification settings)

 

I am not receiving any notifications.

Go to Settings > Test Audio and Reminders. Check to see if you get a test notification, which will mean the system is working.

If you don’t get a notification, then you’re screwed.

 

How do I use the AI Diet Chatbot?

Ask descriptive questions

 

How do I change the font size?

Default android behavior is to go to home button or push back
